California Probate Group, LLC.
Setting the Standard for Fiduciary Excellence in California.
Probate, trust administration, conservatorship, and court-ready accountings — handled with the depth, communication, and care that complex matters require.

A Practice Grounded in
Objective Reality.
We exist to provide stability where there is vulnerability, and clarity where there is conflict. Fiduciary duty is not merely a legal obligation for our firm; it is the fundamental architecture of our practice.
We operate on the principle that true neutrality is the ultimate asset in a complex administration. By removing emotional bias and applying uncompromising statutory rigor, we insulate estates from frivolous litigation, protect family legacies, and provide absolute certainty to the legal professionals and beneficiaries relying on our oversight. Our standard is simple: zero operational friction, total statutory compliance, and unflinching objective leadership.
The Professionals
Behind the Practice.
Institutional capability relies on the caliber of the individuals directing it. At California Probate Group, LLC., our principals maintain direct, uncompromising oversight over every case. You are not hiring a corporate trust department to pass your file down to junior staff; you are retaining licensed experts who own the strategy, execution, and liability from initial appointment to final distribution.

Transparent Pricing
Architecture.
We operate with absolute financial transparency, establishing clear parameters at the onset of every engagement. Our compensation structure is governed by the California Probate Code and local court rules, aligning precisely with the complexity, scale, and risk profile of the estate.
Trust Administration
Ordinary trustee fees are calculated as an annual percentage based on the total market value of the trust assets under management. Extraordinary services, such as real property sales, litigation management, or business administration, are billed at established hourly rates.
Statutory Probate Fees
Compensation for serving as an Executor or Administrator in a probate proceeding is statutory. It is calculated as a fixed percentage of the estate's total accounted value, exactly as mandated by the California Probate Code.
Conservatorships & Fiduciary Accounting
Conservatorship management, agent services under POA, and forensic fiduciary accounting are billed strictly at hourly rates.
All non-statutory fees are codified in our engagement agreements and, when operating under court supervision, are subject to formal judicial approval.
